The three day day long IVth Khasi Football Tournament concluded on Tuesday.The games and matches however continued for five days to end today.

In all,54 teams participated in the tournament held at the Rajya Sabha MP Parimal Nathwani adopted model village Jaratoli.The final match was played between Lal Sagar Khorhatoli,Kokar and Ever Green Club,Rajulatu.

The final match was won by Ever Green Club,Rajulatu.In the form of an award.it was given five Khasis(Mail Goats).

Incidentally,this Khasi football tournament which is a popular game in tribal areas of the state is an annual event in the RS MP Nathwani’s model village Jaratoli.
