Three juveniles fled from a children’s observation home in Dumargarha, Ranchi. 

However, two of them were overpowered by security guard. One of them managed to escape. 

Inquiry revealed that three juveniles stepped up the wall,taking foot steps over the on going construction site and, using the branch of a tree, got down and fled. 

“Security guard chased and over powered two of them. One of them managed to escape”, said a report quoting a guard posted there. 

Security guards have been given instructions to keep round the clock vigil after senior officials inspected the site on Wednesday.
