The BJP leader and leader of opposition Amar Kumar Bauri on Monday described the Hemant Soren government as “ Maha Thag Sarkar”( Great government). Jharkhand Mukhya Mantri Maiya Samman Yojana is the new edition of this Thag Sarkar, alleged Bauri.

“Ahead of the Assembly polls,this government is out to trap people in its ring”, said the BJP leader. He pointed out that before the polls in 2019, this ruling functionary had promised to provide Rs 72,000 to every poor family.

If the net money is counted retrospectively, every poor family ought to have got Rs 3,60000 during the past five years. But nothing of this sum… not even a rupee has reached any poor family”, Bauri said.

And now, what this government can provide at the fag end of its five year term, he questioned and quipped adding that in anticipation to get some money, people, leaving cultivation works in farms,were standing in long queues and purchasing forms to fill up Jharkhand Mukhya Mantri Maiya Samman Yojana. 

“Even forms were not available”, alleged BJP leader Amar Kumar Bauri. 

Bauri appealed to people to remain attentive and try to save himself/ herself and the state from this Thagi( fraud).
