As President Murmu landed at the Birsa Munda airport today (September 19 ), she was greeted by Governor Santosh Gangwar and Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
Both Gangwar and Soren handed over bouquets of flower to President Murmu. After receiving their greetings,she head towards Raj Bhavan for the night.
President Murmu would visit the National Institute of Secondary Agriculture under the Indian Council of Agriculture Research on Friday morning.
The institute has served the research of forest produce like lac and given impetus to the local economy.
