Preparation for the Diwali Mela organised by Jharkhand chapter of Indian Administrative Service Officers’ Wives Association has begun.

The office bearers of JIASOWA haave decided to hold five day long Diwali Mela at Morahabadi Maidan in Ranchi on October 20-24,2016.

“The Mela will be participated by women entrepreneurs from across the country”,said a statement issued by JIASOWA on Monday.

The aim behind the move was linked with empowerment of women,said Secretary of JIASOWA Sricha Sanchita after holding a meeting with its members inside the IAS officers Club near Deendayal Upadhaya chowk in Ranchi on Monday.
