The cops have arrested an Army jawan among four persons in connection with the double murder case in Nagri that occurred on Tuesday night.  

They were arrested late Wednesday night and are currently being interrogated. However, an official statement from the police is still awaited. Authorities are expected to hold a press conference this evening to reveal further details.  

Notably, one of the victims Budhram Munda’s brother had accused Army jawan of indulging in murder. The brutal killings were allegedly linked to a land dispute, said the police. 

According to the police, the accused had reportedly paid money for purchasing the land, but Budhram opposed the sale, causing an ongoing dispute.
