“Across the country, IDIA is empowering individuals, especially those from underserved communities. You can always reach out to us—we’re here to support you in your journey,” Mistry stated. The partnership will also allow law students at NUSRL to engage in socially relevant causes and community service, fostering a more holistic approach to their legal education and enhancing their social awareness.

Furthermore, NUSRL will host an IDIA Chapter to provide a platform for students to identify and mentor underprivileged individuals with an aptitude for law, helping them realize their potential in the legal field. Both institutions will collaborate on joint projects, strengthening the impact of their shared vision of empowering marginalized communities.

Additionally, NUSRL will offer administrative support for IDIA’s activities, such as fundraising, mock tests, and awareness sessions. This partnership also underscores a strong commitment to integrity, with both NUSRL and IDIA adhering to a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, ensuring ethical standards are upheld throughout the collaboration.

The partnership between NUSRL and IDIA is poised to create a meaningful impact on both students and the broader community, preparing future lawyers to be creative, socially conscious professionals and leaders.
