Residents who have attained 18 years of age and lack voter identity card need not worry.They should appear at the polling booth on July 24 with photograph, an address proof document and fill up the form.

After they submit the form at the polling booth in the municipal areas of Ranchi,Hatia and Kanke Assembly constituencies in Jharkhand on Sunday,their voter identity card can be made by the Election Commission of India.

Also,those residents whose address has changed or whose relatives are dead and their names have to be removed from the electoral list or have any error in the voter identity card can submit the form at the polling booth on the same day.
