Come the last month of 2025, tracks on the soil of Jharkhand will miss several passenger trains.
Already, the Railways has announced that 20 trains, including the Tata-Hatia Express, will remain cancelled for almost a month, December and January 2026.
Why?
The rail development work is going on in the Ranchi division. When asked, the railway authority said that five trains will also remain short-terminated due to the maintenance works.
The railways has stated that the decision is likely to affect the passengers of several states, including Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal.
As per the railway announcement, the passengers need to follow the guidelines and plan their travel accordingly to avoid any inconveniences.
The authority also ensured that the services will be restored in the upcoming days, once the maintenance work is finished.
These Trains To Remain Cancelled:
- Train number 18601-18602 Tata-Hatia-Tata Express to remain cancelled from December 10 to January 7
- Train number 58663-58664 Hatia-Sini-Hatia Passenger will remain cancelled between December 10 and January 7.
- Train number 58033-58034 Ranchi-Bokaro Steel City-Ranchi Passenger to remain cancelled from December 10 to January 7
- Train number 58665-58666 Hatia-Sini-Hatia Passenger will remain cancelled between December 10 and January 7.
- Train number 18085-18086 Kharagpur-Ranchi-Kharagpur Express will not operate from December 23 to January 7.
- Train number 13303-13304 Dhanbad-Ranchi-Dhanbad Express to remain cancelled from December 23 to January 7
- Train numbers 68035-68036 Tata-Hatia-Tata MEMU will not operate between December 23 and January 7.
- Train number 18632 Ranchi-Chopan Express will not operate on December 25, 27, 29, and January 1, 3, 5, and 8.
- Train number 13403-13404 Ranchi-Bhagalpur-Ranchi Vananchal Express will not operate on January 6 and 7.
- Train number 13319-13320 Dumka-Ranchi-Dumka Intercity Express to remain cancelled on January 6 and 7.
