A political resolution adopted at the BJP’s state executive committee meeting in Ranchi signals an intensified campaign against the Hemant Soren-led government. It accused the JMM–Congress–RJD coalition government of governance failures and failing to fulfil its electoral promises. The resolution calls for a more intensive campaign against the state government, with the party seeking to turn its criticism into sustained political mobilisation.

Recruitment Irregularities and Youth Concerns

A central demand is a CBI investigation into alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC). The BJP has also sought the withdrawal of cases registered against students who participated in protests over recruitment-related grievances.

The demands place employment, transparent recruitment and the concerns of young aspirants at the heart of the political debate. For thousands of candidates, the credibility of recruitment processes directly affects their professional futures and confidence in public institutions.
