Nearly 14,435 candidates who had been successful in the recently conducted Teachers Eligibility Test are likely to get the jobs.

In,all 14,435 posts of teachers were vacant in the primary schools across Jharkhand.Of total 81,006 candidates who had applied for the TET exams,74,658 candidates had appeared in these exams and 17,564 candidates were successful.

Among the successful candidates,17,564 and 4,747 were male and female candidates respectively.

In many districts,the number of candidates who had passed was less than the number of vacant posts of teachers.
