Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu today visited Kasturba Gandhi Girls School at Tamar and Bundu in Ranchi district."The family gets educated when girls study.This was mainly becuase education is the source of development",she opined while addressing students at Tamar.

The girl students greeted the Governor Draupadi Murmu by powering flowerson her.A group of them also staged a cultural programme to mark and welcome her arrival.

As it is,Governor Murmu has been visiting Kasturba Gandhi Girls schools in various parts of the state to take note of their functioning and quality of education provided to girls in Jharkhand.
