Special Secretary of the Chief Minister's Secretariat, Ramakant Singh said that it is necessary to make the administrative officers aware at all levels for the speedy redressal of the complaints lodged at the Chief Minister's Jansambad Kendra. After the execution of complaints in various districts, its report should be uploaded online on the portal, so that transparency is maintained. Mr Singh was speaking at the workshop of Nodal officials of various districts of the mass media center at the Information House on Saturday.

Director of Information and Public Relations Ramlakhan Prasad Gupta informed the nodal officials about the nuances of the Compliance and reporting of complaints being lodged at the Jansambad Kendra. He said that the aim of Jansambad is to make people aware of the welfare schemes of the government along with the timely execution of public grievances and public grievances.

Dr. Sanjay Jain, Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Mass Communication, gave information about the technical aspects of reporting on the portal of Jansambad Kendra. He informed that the portal has been made informative and public utility. Compliance experts posted at the Jamsambad Kendra upload the reports from the districts and departments promptly.

Nodal officials from all the districts of the state were present in the workshop.
