Hemant Soren government has appointed M.V. Rao as DGP, Jharkhand.
A notification was issued by the state government today.
DGP Kamal Nayan Choubey transferred and posted in New Delhi as Officer on Special Duty, Police Modernisation.
Rao is expected to take charge as DGP. Jharkhand, soon.
