Notwithstanding the growing number of positive cases, Yogoda Satsanga Sakha Math (YSS) continues to extend its helping hand to needy brothers and sisters of Ranchi. 

During the second phase of the lockdown, YSS distributed dry rations along with sanitary kits to about 500 families in, Railway Colony, Lednapidi and Berandhi, Namkum, Lake Road, Shivaji Nagar, Hatia and other parts of Ranchi. 

A total of 1500 kgs of Rice, 600 kgs of Dal, 225 liters of Oil, 900 kgs of Potatoes, 400 kgs of Onions, and 425 Salt and Haldi Packets were distributed. 

Apart from these, sanitary kits containing 1750 soaps and 400 masks were also distributed. 

During these distributions, a doctor-volunteer from YSS was present to ensure that social distancing and proper safety measures were being meticulously followed. 

YSS is getting continuous assistance from kind-hearted and selfless individuals in reaching out to the distressed and vulnerable sections of the society. 

Till now a total of 15,000 kgs of foodgrains, 4,000 kgs of Onions, 7,000 kgs of potatoes, 1750 litres of Mustard Oil, 1,200 kgs of salt, 150 kgs of Turmeric Powder 33,000 soaps, 9400 masks have been distributed in Ranchi alone.
