A devastating fire broke out at the Consultants Firm of India(CFI), a well reputed educational institute based in Kanke Road,Ranchi. The fire caused extensive damage to the upper portion of the institute building. 

According to officials, the fire erupted due to short circuit at around 7 am this morning, leading to significant destruction in the institute premises.  

Prompt action was taken as soon as the incident was reported, with police, locals, and fire tenders from Doranda rushing to the spot to bring the flames under control. 

The officials stated that the primary cause of the fire was identified as a short circuit. Thankfully, no loss of human life was reported in the incident. 

However, the upper story of the CFI suffered severe damage due to the blaze. Authorities are actively investigating the matter, and the police have registered a case in connection with the incident. 

The extent of the damage caused to the college and its facilities is being assessed to determine the impact on the educational institution.
