Responding to petition filed by Hemant Soren against the Enforcement Directorate, Jharkhand High Court issued order to hear the case on February 27.
The court’s decision was mainly due to the ED’s submission that it should be given time to reply to the notice by the court.
The court had issued notice after Soren had filed petition against ED’s move to arrest him in the money laundering connected with land scam case.
