Yet another feather in the cap of the police in Jharkhand where CPI (Maoists) Sub-Zonal Commander Bharat Lal Kherwar alias Bhanu Singh on Monday surrendered before DGP D K Panday.

Singh,who faced umpteen criminal cases,carried a reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head.He surrendered before DGP DK Pandey during Operation Nai Disha at Police head quarter in Ranchi on Monday.
