With an aim to make the state free from plastic packets,Team Empower Jharkhand,a group of people,launched a campaign-"Say No to Plastic."During the launch of the campaign at Khadgarha Vegetable Market in Ranchi,the organisers of the campaign distributed 1000 paper bags and 200 saplings of Tulsi among the people.
