Corruption inside National Defence Academy.Shocking but true, if the CBI is to be believed.

Information gathered today revealed that the CBI has booked the principal of the NDA and four other faculty members. The agency has recorded unidentified others for alleged irregularities in the selection and appointment of teaching staff in the prestigious institute.

NDA,a tri-service academy in the world,which is located at Khadakwasla near Pune  is the Joint Service Academy for training young military officers of the Indian Armed Forces-the Army,the Navy and the Air Force.They were trained together at the NDA premise before they go on to respective service academies for further pre-training.

Now,NDA Principal and its staff were accused in the CBI case.The investigating agency has already has booked its principal, Om Prakash Shukla, along with a professor of political science, the head of the department, an assistant professor in the chemistry department and an assistant professor in the mathematics department for alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating and provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Reports said searches were going on at the official and residential premises of the accused persons of the NDA..
