A video going viral is in Manipur where Governor Anusuiya Uikey has launched a "School on Wheels" initiative. 

Her move aims to reach out to students staying in relief camps in the ethnic violence-hit state, the video quotes a Raj Bhavan statement as saying. 

As per the news agency PTI, Uikey during the launch of the programme at Bal Vidya Mandir Complex on Sunday said the school bus is equipped with a library, smart TV, computer, and sports items and will visit relief camps along with a teacher. 

The PTI report further adds quoting the Governor as saying, “The incidents which started on May 3 last year affected thousands of people especially students of the state…The school on wheels scheme will reach out to students and impart them with the necessary education."
