The sixth phase of voting in four Lok Sabha constituencies has recorded a 42.54 percent voter turnout till 1 pm on Saturday. 

It is considered bumper voting. While Dhanbad recorded 39.83 percent, Giridih 45.82 percent, Jamshedpur 43.44 percent, Ranchi registered 41.82 percent. 

Prominent among those who cast their vote were Cricket Hero MS Dhoni, Ex-CM Hemant Soren’s wife Kalpana Soren in Ranchi and Governor of West Bengal, and ex-CM Raghubar Das in Jamshedpur.
