Members of the Tribal Social Education and Cultural Association, East Singhbhum met the Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren. To the Chief Minister, the members of the association handed over the demand letter for construction of Santali Academy, the official language status to Santali language, appointment of Santali teachers, timely salary to appointed Santali teachers and to study in Santali language from class one to PG in Santali dominated area.
The Chief Minister assured the members of the association to consider the said demand. The Association awarded the Chief Minister a Certificate of Excellence for his outstanding work during the Corona transition. Subhash Chandra Mardi, Shankar Soren, Jirao Murmu, Samay Tudu, Dr. Harichandra Murmu, Surendra Tudu, Boyla Soren and Kanhai Lal Hembram were present on the occasion.
