Two Dy.SPs -Vikas Chandra Srivastava and Satish Chandra Jha -kicked off  'Video Van' in Ranchi.The van is out  to campaign against the old menace - Child Marriage in Jharkhand.It was launched by 'Breakthrough',NGO involved in promoting the cause of Human Rights and Women.
