Governor of Goa Mridula Sinha today came to Ranchi to attend a programme organised by an NGO-Vikash Bharti.
During the programme,Governor Sinha gave an award to a community leader -a woman -for her excellent role in promoting community development in Jharkhand.
The programme was held inside Vikash Bharti premises in Ranchi on Sunday.
