Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his team player Monu Kumar, who had tested COVID-19 negative, have landed in Chennai after taking a flight from Birla Munda Airport, Ranchi on Friday, a day before 2020 Independence Day.

Replying to a question by journalists at the Ranchi airport on Friday, Monu looked confident and said the IPL trophy will be won by Chennai Super Kings. Though Dhoni reached Ranchi airport prior to Dhoni, both flew to Chennai together.

As per the schedule, the Team CSK will fly from Chennai to United Arab Emirates to participate in the 13 seasons of the IPL on August 21. Ahead of it, the Team CSK will participate in the camp at Chennai.
