In all,40,000 Primary Health Care Medical Officers will be trained on Standard Treatment Workflow for NCDs to realize healthcare services closer to the community through the Shashakt Portal.

Toward this end, revised operational guidelines of the National Programme for Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases were issued with much wider coverage.
