Jharkhand police constable,Uma Nath Saha has slapped a case on an Independent MLA, Chamra Linda accusing him of assaulting him while he was on duty.
In an FIR filed at Jagannathpur police station in Ranchi he has alleged that Chamra Linda beat him up when asked to register his name
in the entry book before driving inside the premise of the Jharkhand Assembly on Thursday night around 10 pm.
Linda,who was not available for comment,did not register his name and instead got angry and beat him up,states the FIR filed by Saha.
