Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today observed that the state will gain happiness only when its citizens are healthy.”We have to build healthy Jharkhand for happy Jharkhand(Swasth Jharkhand;Kushhal Jharkhand),said the CM.

To ensure that the state was free from tension,the need of the hour to work selflessly and the benefits of development schemes reach the people.We will try to bring awareness among the people,said the CM Das.

He who opined that the state will develop only when the people will be healthy mentally and phisically,today inaugurated a health scheme-Udaan-United Dialogue and Action Against Non Communicable Disorders- for the people of the state at Hotel BNR Chanakya in Ranchi.
