Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today inagurated a building meant to house the library of the Mahatama Gandhi Memorial Medical College in Jamshedpur.

Most of the MGM Medical College Hospital’s faculty,students and staff were present on the occasion.The building was sponsored by the state government.

In fact,this Medical College was famous for its well-organized library in the college building.It had rich stock of reading materials-in all over 63000 books.

“It has been acknowledged as one of the best libraries by even MCI The I library has a very rich collection of more than 63 thousand volumes of Text/Reference books (of many titles in each subject. it regularly subscribes more than 75 National/International Medical Journals covering all the Clinical, Para-Clinical and Pre-Clinical subjects in addition to a long list of WHO periodicals/reports.”,said the MGM Medical College’s report.
