Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to flag off an express train from Varanasi, which is also his constituency, on January 22.
According to sources, the Varanasi – New Delhi Mahamana Express will run thrice a week.
The route will be from Varanasi to New Delhi via Lucknow and vice versa.
