Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today appealed to the people who have deviated from the mainstream to return.
Das said stringent action would be taken against those violating the democratic system.

He praised the Director General of Police, D. K. Pandey, for his leadership in the anti-Maoist operation and demanded that police officers should be honoured like the Army personnel.

Referring to the proposed Jain pilgrim centre at Madhuban, he said it would be among the international pilgrimage places within two years.
