Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today handed over appointment letters to a total of 252 office bearers recommended by Jharkhand Public Service Commission through Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination, 2021on Friday. 

All these are successful candidates of 7th to 10th examination conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission. The result was published in just 251 days, which is a record in the history of Jharkhand.

Another record is each of these appointment letters given to 253 office bearers who will administer the state bureaucracy as Class 2 Gazetted officers and then promoted to Class 1 rank carried the picture of the CM Hemant Soren.

“ This is something I did not like it.My opinion is not against the face of Hemant Soren. But the decision to print his picture on appointment letters is objectionable”,said one of the recipients of this appointment letter on condition of anonymity.

He echoed the sentiments of a dozen other colleagues at Ram Dayal Munda Tribal Research Institute complex where the event was organised by the state government.

All of them have been selected for Jharkhand Administrative Service, Jharkhand Police Service, Jharkhand Municipal Service, Jharkhand Education Service, Jharkhand Labour Employment Service, Jharkhand Employment Service, Jharkhand Registration Service, Jharkhand Cooperative Service and other services.
