In order to outreach every household in last 3 weeks more than 7000 camps have been organized in PVTG habitations of all 188 districts where PVTG reside with support of UIDAI, CSC, NHA, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Power and Department of Financial Services so as to facilitate making of Aadhar Card, Jan Dhan, Ayushman Card and registration under different schemes under the mission. .  For Ayushman and Aadhar, Special mechanism has been introduced by NHA and UIDAI.  In last 25 days the efforts have resulted in making of new Aadhar Cards (72,141).  Ayushman Bharat card (82417), PM KisanSamman Nidhi Yojna (26,668), Ration Card (31,370) , KisanCredit Card (KCC)19,479), PM Jan Dhan Yojana (37,308), Forest Rights Act Pattas (10,396), Caste Certificate (49,916).  The data shows that due to remoteness of locations and lack of road and digital connectivity many habitations and persons were completely left out of benefits of flagship schemes.

Ministry of Tribal Affairs and other ministries had several rounds of discussions with DMs and states. State Prabhari and District Prabhari Officers have been visiting these districts to make them aware and ensure that these communities get the benefit of various schemes. The Ministry is also working on several other initiatives like PVTG Sashaktikaran Yojana – new working capital scheme devised by MoTA (NSTFDC) for PVTGs.  There are more than 20 lakh FRA patta holders. For Kisan Samman Nidhi – Special module is created along with M/o Agriculture to benefit FRA patta holders. The states have been asked to link data of FRA patta holders with PM Kisan portal so that these small holders can get benefit of PM Kisan scheme.  Collaboration of TRIFED with NIESBUD and IIE (MoSD&E) for mentoring of all VDVKs, ITC and other Indian companies is underway to enable market linkages of these forest producers.  Similarly special projects for Community Forest Rights have been planned in Maharshtra.
