Cops have arrested a veteran Naxalite belonging to the Maharaj Pramanik gang in Ranchi on Friday.
The arrested of the Naxal in area lying between Tamar and Rardgaon, who is identified as a member of Amit Munda group was the result of a joint operation of a tip off.
According to the police,the investigation is going on to find out his background.
