This was PM Narendra Modi’s words for doctors on Monday- July 1, the day India observes Doctor’s Day. Many professionals have wished doctors. Even JharkhandStateNews.com believes that doctors stand strong against illnesses and work to improve patients’ health as “messengers of God.”

Their efforts help them live better lives. “They care for patients, reassure them, provide necessary treatments, and ensure recovery. 

Their role in our well-being is invaluable, and their selfless service deserves daily recognition”, said Naveen Kumar, a patient of typhoid, who is under medication. 

Aware of the role played by doctors, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on multi-blogger site X, Monday said his government is fully committed to improving the health infrastructure in India and ensuring doctors get the widespread respect they deserve. 

Notably, July 1 is observed as the National Doctor's Day to commemorate Bidhan Chandra Roy, a renowned doctor who served as West Bengal chief minister and whose birth and death anniversary fall on this day.
