Senior Indian Forest Service Officer RP Singh has come face to face with a scene none of his colleagues had recorded in Ranchi in the past.
The scene was connected with a snake in the lilly pond over Kamal leaf inside his official residence in Jharkhand’s capital.
When I saw that the snake was basking in the sun, I felt so happy that I thought it is worth taking a snap.I did that”, Singh said.
