Eight BJP leaders in Jharkhand have submitted a memorandum of appeal to Enforcement Directorate, to enquire if ex Principal Secretary to CM, Rajiv Varun Ekka signed and disposed off secret files concerning Maoists, terrorists and prisoners as well as police and prison to the accused Vishal Choudhary.

Rajiv Varun Ekka, IAS, who was transferred to Panchayati Raj Department was Principal Secretary to CM, Home and Prison. He was transferred soon after a video surfaced and went viral showing him disposing and signing official files inside Vishal Choudhary’s residence.

The BJP leaders who had signed and submitted memorandum making serious allegations against this IAS officer Rajiv Varun Ekka also enclosed a pen drive carrying the same video.

Earlier,since Ekka had expressed his innocence after a group of BJP leaders met Governor and the state government quickly transferred him after this video went viral on Sunday-Monday, the opposition BJP leaders said, “ This means video is genuine.”
