A viral going viral show a man was injected with an empty syringe. The incident took place at a vaccination centre in a place called Chhapra, located in the Saran district of Bihar.

A man called Deepak Kumar Biswas has uploaded the video. It clearly shows the nurse removing the disposable syringe from its cover, and directly injecting it into the man's hand without filling it with the vaccine. 

The video has been making the rounds on Twitter, and quite a few people have noticed this.
